As the publications lead for a creative agency, I led six issues of the custom print publication Sous-Vide magazine, a niche newsstand brand content piece that focuses on the high-tech French cooking method. This project included story concepting, writer development, editing, creative oversight, budget management, client collaboration, photo shoot production, press checks, and much more.
I've also concepted, developed, written, and edited several other custom branded content pieces, including a magazine-style impact report for the Washington Redskins' philanthropic foundation, a full-length magalog for Lidl grocery stores, an internal culture book for a major home builder, and an internal retail piece for a commercial real estate developer—among other projects.
Previously, I developed all product descriptions for Kellwood Company's e-commerce division, which included the women's contemporary fashion lines Vince, Rebecca Taylor, ADAM by Adam Lippes, BLK DNM, and several others.
As a freelancer, I've written tourism marketing stories for Visit Baltimore’s four yearly publications, website copy for a real estate developer, blog posts for an online decor startup, and campaign copy for a luxury hospitality brand. I’ve edited packaging labels and product descriptions for an online grocery market and proofed everything from impact reports to SEO copy.
